Hey Hey!! So, as promised, I bring you a post with Lampshade photos! They played a good set, and it was unfortunate that it was their last.

Since I last updated, I worked on both Tuesday and Wednesday. After work on Tuesday, I tried to burn a Christmas CD, but since my burner is kinda jimmied, I will simply post my list and wish you luck in downloading all of my selections. Some of the songs are kind of hard to find, so let me know if you need any help gaining access to them.

A Very Tony Christmas Playlist

3. "Christmas At The Zoo" - The Flaming Lips
4. "Rock of Ages" - Ben Kweller
5. "I Won't Be Home For Christmas" - Blink-182
6. "Blue Christmas" - Bright Eyes

19. "Punk Rock Christmas" - The Sex Pistols

And that's my list. For the rest of the afternoon, Danielle and I hung out in my basement and talked, until we decided to go get some grub. It was good. We ended up going to select sounds, where I put aside a couple of singles for Thursday. Cleeeean. I came home and hung out for a bit, because I was expecting my aunt and uncle to come in from Toronto. They got in around 8:15 and we started getting jimmied and ordering donairs. It was a fun time. Danielle came by soon after she finished work, and we hung out with everyone. What an interesting night.

I worked today, which was ok; or it was until about 2 or so. I had just returned from the bulk barn with some sodas, and I was then informed about my copy of Napoleon Dynamite being sold, before I had a chance to even gawk at it for more than 10 minutes. Needless to say, I was pretty pissy about the whole situation, because there were none left in the store. I wouldn't of cared usually, but the warehouse is closed until the new year, so I wouldn't be seeing it for quite a while. It put me in a sour mood all afternoon, and I didn't say much to Cory, who did the selling. So, in order to get my revenge, I didn't really do any of the work that could have been done. It was really busy, but I could have done SOME of it, but simply chose not to, knowing Cory would have to do it in the morning. I eventually tracked a copy down in Dartmouth, and I'll be picking up tomorrow while I'm out shopping. I closed tonight, and after I got home I felt much better. Tim and I played some video games and talked, and now, here I am blogging. I want to play drums right now, mostly because I've been doing a lot of that lately in the mornings, right when I get up. It feels good.

Tomorrow brings shopping and supper with Danielle before she goes to work, and hanging out with the family for the evening. It's really close to Christmas people, and it's going to be fun. I'll be posting on Christmas Day with photos. Phil comes down on the 25th, so we'll have to party it up. But for now, I leave you with pictures from The Lampshades last show...

And that ends my post.
GFY,
Tony I

Quote of the day : "I'll have your asses!" - Some bitch threatening Cory about not being able to take back an opened and damaged poster.
