Wow, I guess it's been a while since I put something together for the old blog. But this post is going to be CLEEEEEAN!!! I've got some pictures from Shew's Kegger but that'll come after I guess.

First of all, I've been done school for a little over a week now. I got all my marks back as of this morning and I didn't do to bad I guess. I got a B+ in Stats, B in management, a B in CML, and my worst mark was a C+ in accounting. That's not too bad for one semester. I guess I could have done better in Accounting, but I found that class really hard. This semester was a record semester for me actually going to class. I'm happy with my marks. So eat a hammer.

I started back at Golden last week, and it's kinda shitty. I mean, it's the same old shit all the time. I'm looking for another full time job as we speak, and hopefully I'll find one so that I can get the hell out of that shit hole. It's really crappy right now because I don't have any of my friends working with me this year. Last year ruled! I was working with both Graham and Omar, and we had a blassssst. This time around I'm the only person that I actually enjoy hanging around with that works there. Crap. I don't know, things might pan out in the end. I did some office work the other day (I made UPC's for all of the product that Golden sells), and if that didn't prove that I should be doing something more technical than just printing shit, I don't know what will. I guess Sean put it best over MSN the other night; "It feels like school never ended. Going from one constant to another is [not fun]" (I couldn't remember what he put at the end of the sentence)

So I guess I'll give a rundown of the weekend that just passed. I know you're all anxious to see those pics.

On Friday night, Danielle and I went to see "Fever Pitch". Along with us went a few of her friends. I made some stupid comments and it was lots of fun. The movie was better than I thought it was going to be. I had lots of fun all night. I love hanging out with Danielle. mmmm.

On Saturday, I just kinda hung around my house for the afternoon and beat the punisher game. It sucked, but my brother borrowed it from his friend and I wanted to finish it before it got returned. I cheated. A lot. Anyway, after that I went to the mall to meet Danielle for supper, and then it was off to SHREWS for his Birthday Keg party. It was a blast. Everyone was hammered really early on, and there was so much music and yelling. Wow. Danielle came over after she finished work, and brought along McHomohammer and Blake. It was a grand time. I don't really remember too much except that Brennan was SUPER fucked. Good times! I guess it's picture time. There's a lot of them, so look out.

















































































































That was one hell of a night.

On Sunday, I hung out with Danielle after she worked on some homework and I sobered up. We ate supper and talked and layed around. It was lots and lots of fun. There was some Church, and then some listening to music. It was super awesome. At around 9, Danielle dropped me off at Mike D's for TPB night. We watched the simpsons and just talked about the night before. Then we watched some TPB, which kicked ass! It was way better than last week's episode. There was some futurama and some Sunday night sex show after that. Then everyone went home cause of work and what not. It was fun.

Monday was work again, but I didn't stay all day. I got kinda sick from some chemical inhalation. I now have a breather mask, so that won't happen again. I hung out with Danielle after I got home and cleaned up. We chilled and watched "The United States of Leland". It was a pretty good movie. Then we just lay in bed and listened to Owen's "I do perceive.". It was really awesome. I love just laying there and holding Danielle and listening to music... just perfect.

Tuesday was pool night, but that was after some hot supper and frenchy's action. Good times. I'm getting lazy, if you can't tell.

Yesterday, I worked but I left at 3ish cause I started to feel really sick. I came home and slept for a few hours and then headed to the mall to see Danielle at work. I saw Allison too, and she hooked me up with a sweet Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy pin. WE then came to my house and drank some tea and hung out. It was fun.

So what am I up to now? I'm sitting on my ass, feeling pretty shitty. I called in sick to work, and now you can see how I'm updating my blog. It took a while, but hey, it was worth it. I guess it's "Until next time" or something... How about...

I wrote a HUGE post in here earlier this afternoon, but just as I was about to post it, there was a server crash or something at blogger. Basically, if you read my last post, you saw that I had a cool contract written up with Josh last night. In my earier post, I wrote about how much of an awesome time I this weekend with Danielle. Woot. Also, I mentioned something about my diet and excercise progress. Well, to put it simply, I'm on the South Beach Diet, and lemme tell ya, it works. I've already lost 17 lbs and it's only been a week. I guess it works faster when you run too. That's all.

Meanwhile, Josh and I made our commercial law contract today. It's pretty funny... Give it a read... Yes, this IS for a University Class and YES, it is worth 25% of our grade.




Draft Contract

THIS CONTRACT: made the 10th day of April 2005 in Bedford, Nova Scotia Canada.

BETWEEN: Snoop Doggy Dogg of Los Angeles CA, hereinafter referred to as (Snoop), of the first part

AND: Colleen Wight, of Bedford NS, hereinafter referred to as (Tony’s mom), of the second part.

NOW THEREFORE THIS CONTRACT WITNESSES THAT, In order for valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, the parties as follows:

1. DEFINITIONS

“Week” refers to a standard calendar week of seven days
“Day” a day is defined as one calendar day.
“Small bills” refers to cash in sums up to and including 20 Euro
“Euro” refers to European Union currency
“Old lady” refers to the subject that is entrusted to snoop (Dorothy Higgins)
“Weed” refers to Marijauna in any form including but not limited to rolled marijuana cigarettes, or hash in either oil or solid form.
“Hoe” refers to any woman whose purpose is to promote promiscuity.
“Using weed” refers to the consumption of weed, including but not limited to smoking marijuana cigarettes, or eating
“Record” refers to a musical album released and recorded by Snoop
“Spinners” refers to car rims, made of platinum, and can spin. These spinners currently reside on Tony’s mom’s whip.
“Whip” refers to the car owned by Tony’s mom

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Snoop shall be entrusted with the care of the old lady for a period of one week (April 16, 2005 to April 23, 2005). For satisfactory performance of the terms and conditions, Snoop shall receive the sum of 4,000 Euro, in small bills, from Tony’s mom. During the period of care, Snoop shall refrain from using weed, and or utilizing the services of hoes. Should Snoop be unable to fulfill his obligations outlined in this contract, a royalty of 10 (ten) percent of all future record sales will be payable to Tony’s mom. In the even that Tony’s mom fails to pay the full amount on the date of her return, Snoop shall be entitled to her spinners. Should the contract end prematurely, the contract will be settled by binding arbitration. In the case of force majeure, Snoop shall be entitled to 571.43 Euro, for each additional day (or part of) of old lady care. Under the liquidated damages clause, failure to perform the contract by either party will result in a one time payment of 10,000 euro from the party who breached the contract. There is no option to terminate early.

3. STANDARD CONDITIONS

A) Time is of the essence.

B) This Contract forms and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

C) This contract shall be governed by the laws of the province of Nova Scotia.

D) This contract is binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors, and assigns.
